about us
We are Physiotherapists and Dietitians who focus on joint Hypermobility & EDS, safe exercise programs, manual therapy & nutritional advice since 2019.
We offer Physio and Dietitian integrated assessments to explore how movement, nutrition & the nervous system contribute to fatigue, chronic pain, dizziness, poor healing, recurrent injuries, IBS, reflux & poor sleep.
If you're wondering if you're hypermobile, we are trained to identify & treat joint hypermobility (symptomatic or not).
We prescribe custom programs for joint hypermobility, instability, weakness, chronic pain, GI symptoms & food intolerances.
We help manage coexisting conditions such as dysautonomia, fatigue, MCAS & long COVID.
We see patients in person and virtually.

You do not need an HSD/EDS confirmed diagnosis to see us. Most of our patients have suspected diagnoses.
Correcting dysfunctional movement patterns and addressing the root causes responsible for the symptoms using evidence-informed methods.
