Please note: our Dietitian will be taking a short leave of absence from June 15 to August 23, 2026, and looks forward to returning on August 24, 2026.

Once you purchase a package, please visit https://mendcophysiotherapy.noterro.com/ to book your initial assessment with the corresponding professional. Please ensure you create a patient portal for the patient who will be seen. Under the booking notes, please indicate that you have purchased a plan, the name and email address  used at checkout if different from the patient's name.

If your plan includes treatment sessions, only book the assessment at this time. Follow-up appointments will be scheduled after the assessment, as treatment frequency will be determined based on your assessment findings.

 

You will receive an individual receipt for each session, reflecting the applicable package rate, for insurance reimbursement purposes.
